Terms of Service

1. Service

CM Templates Pro ("the Service") is a curated design reference library operated by CMTecnologia, Lda. ("we", "us"). The Service provides searchable access to screenshots, metadata, and live-preview URLs of publicly available landing pages created by third parties.

2. What we are not

We are not a code marketplace, reseller, or template distributor. Every design remains the intellectual property of its original creator. We provide discovery and curation only.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per person unless you hold a Team plan.

4. Pricing and payments

All prices are listed in EUR and processed securely via Stripe. VAT is applied where required. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment granting perpetual access.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all plans. To request a refund, email hello@cmtecnologia.pt with your account email.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal or commercial design reference purposes. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell the curated data, screenshots, or metadata provided by the Service. Automated access (bots, crawlers) is prohibited without written permission.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but provide the Service "as is" without warranty. External template URLs may go offline at any time — this is outside our control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
