1. Who we are

CM Templates Pro is operated by CMTecnologia, Lda., based in Portugal. Data controller contact: hello@cmtecnologia.pt.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address (required for authentication via magic link).
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never card numbers.
• Usage data: basic page views and feature usage to improve the product. No third-party trackers.

3. How we use your data

• Authenticate you and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails (magic link, payment receipts).
• Improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).
• Vercel: web hosting and edge delivery.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session tokens). No advertising or analytics cookies are set.

6. Data retention

Account and subscription data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer as required by Portuguese tax law.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@cmtecnologia.pt. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, row-level security in our database, and follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a banner on the Service.
